The group heads to the playground and London grabs her jacket, but also grabs another classmate's. Noticing this she says, "Oh, put this jacket on" then proceeds to put her own on her left sleeve but since she was wearing a ring on her right hand she decides to take it off first. At that the teacher asks who needs help with their zipper to which she answers: - "Me" She approaches the teacher but says: - "I want to put my jacket on first" She looks for a free space on the floor, drops the jacket and puts it on but when she turns her arms the jacket is left with the cap facing down, the teacher says again: "let me help you" to which she answers: "let me fix it first". She places it on the floor again but this time she gets satisfactory results. Then she goes to the line waiting for the teacher to help her with the zipper and reacts to a classmate who put on his cap covering his entire face to which she says: - "look at him". At that the teacher was putting the zipper on him and he imitated with his hands what his classmate did until he tried to grab the cap of his jacket but when he realized that the zipper could ride up he did it and exclaimed: - "I did it"

Someone please help me reviewing theories from Piaget, Erikson and Vygotsky see the examples on pages 13 (Going on a Treasure Hunt, Arch) and page 16 (Oh, How the Wind Blows) Watch the video below What theories do you see from these 3 theorists come into play in the video below? Please explain.

You should relate what the children are doing in the video to the theories

❤ I wish all kids get a person like u to be their facilitator. I am trying hard to be like this but my brought up and conditioning pushes me to interrupt my child's work quite some times . ur last line gave a deep insight on how wrong it is to disrupt the child's flow .. thank u for this wonderful video 👍🏼

It would be so helpful if you included either a link to the transcript or closed-captioning, as this video is not currently accessible to deaf individuals.

This is perfect way of thinking of things . The child must ask not us assume and do it for them. Also a great learning experience on both the teacher and child.

I would say that the child has good wrist control, fine motor control with his fingers using pincer grasp. Able to use both hands for different purposes, one for writing showing right hand dominance while other for cleaning using the duster with a palmar grasp. He, I assume, Peter, is able to write his name as well as one other, that's good literacy and writing skills. I may not have picked up on all of educator's instructions or the interaction between them, but he seems to have understood clearly. However, not responding in a verbal manner. Only an anecdote, but the sample size is too small to conclude it as a concern. He also has good hand-eye coordination along with ability to maintain focus and persist without losing patience.
