The singer and son Sean were accused of assault after they were refused access to a private event on New Year's Eve, according to a police report. Sean, 41, allegedly shoved the security guard and Sir Rod, 76, struck his chest "with a closed fist", the report said. The pair have entered guilty pleas to a misdemeanour count of "simple battery".

Don't feel bad for the Heron. Those birds are ruthless when killing and eating their prey. The alligator at least killed the bird quick. The heron on the other hand pretty much tortures its prey before eating it. Circle of life.

I’m twenty years younger than the Beatles and where we lived , our back garden backed onto the McCartneys at western avenue ( I lived in blackrod avenue ) . My grandmother was a friend of Mary McCartney and Paul’s old school Stockton wood was somewhere I would play as it was the back of my house . Hunts cross was quite posh really .
