Used to do this when I played Fortnite. I would watch the games where I did bad and exceptionally good. I would look over key moments like early game, end game, deaths, kills, and rotates. Its time consuming but if you dedicate an hour a day on vod reviewing you will see improvement. I think for CS you would be better off using leetify alongside vod reviewing. Look at the games where your leetify was bad and the ones where it was good.

You need to download it, unzip, put it in the right folder and then you can access it via console ingame (also renaming it from the random numbers and letters to something useful helps). There are several videos covering the process

saying it looks like you have 1000 hours watching it back is spot on. i dont watch my own demos nearly enough, but I had same effect when i started clipping things and watching clips back. i def improved more from watching my clips back, but im definitely missing out by not watching rest of my gameplay in a demo

Great video ahmed, but id flip the point about playing 1 positon and say, if you want to consistently perform in faceit you SHOULD learn the basics of all spots, most high elo players will tell you that letting your teammates play their spots and being flexible will allow you to win more games consistently as we know that most randoms are whiny bitches, also learning basics of all spots whether it may be anchor or rotate will allow you to become a more well rounded player in the end.

@MisterM393 I'm obviously not rain and it's not a guide from rain. If you go on any CS youtube channel you will see thumbnails that have no connection with the video. The connection here is that rain is a professional entry fragger and I'm giving a guide on entry fragging. Thumbnails are there to look good and get clicks. Sorry if you expected a guide personally from rain.
