I'm glad too, that I was on a farm in Rural New Zealand, where anything LOUD was a given as nobody lived close by, but also where nearly 60 years ago - I was developing my own multiple channel surround sound systems, blowing the cobwebs and spiders, out of every nook and crany - around our farm. I remember going to watch a movie in the Alexandra Theatre when dad insisted on taking us, (the entire five of us in our family back then) - tosee: The Sound Of Music. I was excited, until I heard all the singing, as the movie went on & on & on, about a family saving themselves from the Germans - by moving/runnng cross-country to Switzerland. SINGING AS LOUDLY AS POSSIBLE - just in case no one was able to hear them? Something people trying to escape capture NEVER do, of drawing attention to themselves. I watched but wasn't impressed - as even though the movie was in stereo, our local picture theatre back then - wasn't. MONO didn't do that film any justice, especially not for me. Back on our orchard/farm away up in the hills, on OUR farm - the "hills" were almost always, FILLED WITH THE SOUND - of very good music.

It still is. I've never sold it. Have your fun kids. I did , and I'm not about to deny you it. But please be careful and for the love of god, stay safe and keep your heads. I had so many near misses, have your fun but for christs sake keep your heads and NO DRINKING. from an older petrol head that has learnt the hard way. God bless you all and have the high jinks but keep your head. PLEASE. Aaron 👍
