hey can you pls help me about one query that is i have created website in that i added song page form in which u can add your song and artist also but for artist i have given dropdown and for add artist button added modal bootstrap form so i want add artist name without refreshing page using ajax and i tried so many time and finally i got one code for that but it works only in table format if i want add artist name direct dropdown after submit form and i use that code but now form is not closing and also data is not showing in dropdown after submitting form . Can u pls give the code for that or tell me or suggest me any video pls

i think to be more efficient you are supposed to set the email input type not text type but email type that way the user will be restricted to put nothing but the email. otherwise it's a great tutorial. thanks
