That makes sense! Jaddaf is a well-connected area with great potential for growth as well. However, Creek Harbour is a more family-friendly and quiet area as it’s more far from central Dubai, there is no second hand traffic like near Jaddaf. Also, it is developed by Emaar, and we know that emaar developments tend to appreciate a lot in value with time. Add to it the fact that massive developments are being made as we speak in creek harbor, and new developments mean more potential for growth, emaar announced just a few months ago that they will build a super tower and there is a possibility that it’s the one in creek harbor. So if that’s the case then basically we are talking about creek harbor becoming the next downtown. That being said, Dubai’s property market is a hot cake right now and anywhere you invest you will likely get good returns. Congratulations on your investment and good luck! 👍
