Thats a great idea to put beans or something heavy in the bottom. I havent seen that yet in the videos ive bern watching. Also what is the purpose of using streatchy fabic vs regular fabric? Ive seen others do it too but i dont know why. Thank you❤

Thanks for watching)) The stretchy material is just easier to work with, but I did pick up some hot pink today that isn't stretchy so I'll see how that works. Carrie needed some hot pink pumpkins for Halloween))

I miss you! Why did you stop helping wreath makers ?! I miss your ideas, your refurbs/reuse/reinvent/refresh and reinventing your own work! I have even bought donated work and smushed or damaged wreaths to reinvent or just like its elements! You gave me that idea! I don’t sell my work! I give as gifts and to myself. But for myself I like the idea of reworking a wreath. You gave us that ! Come back. Love to know what you’re doing and thinking!😊❤❤😂

I’ve never seem wreath embellishments tied twine and placed on the grapevine. I would cut down stems if anything is too long.❤😊
@trendytree6 күн бұрын
Thanks for watching)) I do this so I can easily remove the fall bundle when I'm ready to change to another season or occasion, and just reuse the grapevine again. Once you add hot glue to stem, it pretty much makes the wreath permanent, which is good if you are a seller. But just for me at home, I like to reuse pieces are much as possible))

Do you still have this cover? How has it faired in the wet weather?
@trendytree22 күн бұрын
Yes I do....and it's held up extremely well. I take it off most mornings, and store it in a big container on the porch and put it back on at night. It has not leaked or torn anywhere. It has been very much worth the price, and it really didn't take long to come in after I ordered it either. It fits the swing well. I usually take the cushions from my other two chairs on the swing seat and then put the cover on, and it covers completely. Sometimes when it rains the water will pool on the cover here or there, but it has never leaked. I just shake off the water and let it dry before folding and storing. No snags or tears in taking it on or off.
