should be working to decolonize systemic racism and provide equal opportunities for people going forward..that doesn't mean destroy the country or turning to things like socalism or communism as some ppl would like to think for lack of better words. Jmho

Thanks for chipping into the conversation. Absolutely. As we move into this idea, it needs to be for the positive benefit of everyone. Trying to put out one fire while just creating another one will never be beneficial for anyone. This is a big topic, and quite complex. At this time, I'll just focus on working on myself and my own heart, and I would encourage everyone to do the same. In this way, maybe overtime our systems, communities, countries will be transformed for the betterment of everyone. Cheers. Tim Windsor.

This was a great chat! Full of some great information that makes one think about growing into a management roll, taking that step. I found that it made me think, why take a management roll.

Thanks very much Tim and Chris. You both make some very valid points and gave this "old" sales guy cause to look at the marketing aspect of business in a new light. Well done!

Tim- was that bottled water you were drinking? I hope not. Jeremiah is a great guy. Good discussion.

Tim I hope you were not drinking bottled water in this discussion with Jeremiah. He is great but bottled water is not.

unfortunately, it was bottled water ... the ugly cousin of real water.
