Why aren't people outraged that this company continues to sell this defective product with apparently no intention on resolving the issue? There are scores of people all over the internet with the same problem and they continue to sell the defective product. This power issue is now happening to me for the second time this year. After spending around 1800 dollars on a gaming laptop, it is sad to see the lack of concern for their reputation. I barely use the power button I usually snooze but I just moved. After driving for 8 hrs and unpacking I get ready to reward myself to my favorite PC game and NO POWER. This is a glaring manufacturer defect and a responsible company would own up to their mistake and off a free/low cost solution that doesn't require me to take it in for repairs everytime I turn it off. Pathetic. I will never by product from this company again.

Bro, I have been facing the following problem in my Acer Predator 300 Helious Laptop from the past 10 to 15 days or so? My concern was the keyboard light doesn't light up at the boot level. I have applied all the troubleshooting remedies (Drivers Update, Predator App Uninstall / Reinstall), Fn + F10, Window Reinstall etc.) but, failed miserably. Now, i have been told by the incompetent technical support team to visit the service centre and get the motherboard checked and repaired. My lappy is just a year and half old. I often used it very gently. 😢😭😥 I still feel that, my laptop doesn't have a motherboard issue at all. I don't know what shall i do?

@@amitmehra1922 Here's what I did and it's working smoothly. Take it to any technical this issue is common in Acer laptops, he will do something in motherboard to get the electricity back working. What I need from is to 1- don't air the fans by your mouth to clean it. 2- this is the most important one: before you shut it down please unplug any thing connected to it like mouse, keyboard, headphones, any thing that can pull electric from it while it's down. And turn it on also while it's free (nothing connected to it) then plug whatever you want after it starts up. 3- don't make your laptop sleep

My Predator boots in 12 - 15 seconds. My last laptop took that long in minutes.

Try to decrease boot time to 3 seconds and turn off gui boot and close startup apps it will boot with like 5 seconds

Guestion: Why are you recording with a Phone if your pc can Run a game at ultra settings ? IF the point is to show the game, then prefer a screen recorder. Just taking a video of your screen just show us a blury image. Keep going dude. try obs

@@safikgmk Use DLSS . That is a miracle for this device 😉😉. I tried it in control 2019 and it just boosted up to 60 -70 fps from 40-30 with the ultra settings + rtx on

if u an architecture student, i recommend you to choose legion 5 over this because ryzen 7 have more core and better cpu. Btw, legion also have a better build and the software support is btter than helios
