That constitutional reformation is going to take undoing a lot of what Lincoln caused. Thankful for you Brothers. May God's grace abound as we seek to honor Him and His holiness in our lives and all that our hands find to do.

If you don’t understand something then just blame the government and say god hates it (a sin in itself I may add). No sir. Men don’t bathe in ignorance, men understand a problem and beat it without whining. Our founders did that and were mostly staunch deists. This is grifty crying for grifty reasons, not for God.

Donald Trump is a CONVICTED FELON and was convicted as a R&PIST by a jury of 12 citizens. He's a despicable sociopath and a horrible person with a 50 year history of crimes & immoral behavior!

Sad, but many SBC Churches are just clubs for the members. We have gyms so our members can play pickle ball and kids can play basketball and volley ball and have room for other fun things. Pastors don't preach against some sins that might affect and offend members or be associated with a particular political party or candidate. No hell being preached and on and on. A club for the benefit of members who won't get out and work in ministries that might bring them into contact with those that don't want to associate with...Meanwhile the world is going to hell and most members don't care enought o get their hands dirty by working to help others find Jesus and heal. SAD, SAD Forgive us Lord God.

Maybe what roles women need in the Church isn’t in the pulpit but as the Watchmen on the Wall. Brilliant investigative work.

Considering Southern Baptists only exist because of slavery and racism that they wanted to hold on to, this brings me joy. If you're a conservative Christian, you're doing it wrong. Jesus would help minorities. If you want a better book than whatever this lady produced, check out: Jesus and John Wayne: How White Evangelicals Corrupted a Faith and Fractured a Nation by Kristin Kobes Du Mez. "A wonderfully researched book about the peculiarities of white Evangelicalism and the Americanized Jesus who was once Brown and poor and despised, the victim of the oppressive empire, but who has been transformed into the muscular, gun-toting, migrant-hating, welfare-despising, violence-loving, manly man-centered white male gonzo who seeks to rule everyone by force for their own good and for the pleasure and power of white men."

I respect the guest but I have seen comments on Christian threads of people who had classes with Russell Moore at Louisville before he departed for the ERLC who say that he was an unappealing fellow, arrogant and not outstandingly bright in the context of the seminary faculty. The Louisville newspaper in 2016 published an article in which a man who had been at the seminary (probably on the faculty) during Russell Moore's time there avowed that Russell Moore was in the habit of boasting in conversations at the seminary that he was a member of the Democrat Party.

36:19 You will know that the SBC is still being run by corrupt woke people as long as they are continuing to let Rachael Denhollander hang around. BTW she says she is not even a Southern Baptist. Check out her opinion piece on the Washington Post a few years ago and it will be pretty clear she is not a Bible believing Christian.

Subscribed! This is a great interview and I hope this channel will pick up momentum and get the huge viewership that it deserves. It is a must for people inside the Southern Baptist denomination!

21:02ff. The so-called survivor movement led by Rachael Denhollander is a feminist movement that has attached itself to the SBC like a parasite that attaches itself to a caterpillar and ultimately kills the caterpillar. If the SBC does not cut this feminist movement loose it will turn the the denomination into a liberal apostate denomination that will be in the same gutter that the Episcopalians and Methodists are in now. The movement is being cynically used by the Russell Moore faction in the SBC that wants to remake the denomination in the image of Tim Keller.

There has been a great struggle in recent years not only in Tennessee but all across the country over the issue of the abuse of tranzing children. Has the ERLC done anything to support the people standing up for God's truth on this issue? Have they even done so much as put out a tweet? I have not heard anything that they have, which suggests to me that they are regime churchmen not faithful Christians. Yes they are missionaries from the progressive world to the SBC
@conceptualclarity6 ай бұрын
It is grossly unethical for the ERLC to promote policy positions which are not clearly the consensus view of Southern Baptists. There is certainly not a Southern Baptist consensus in favor of support for illegal immigration or red flag laws

I really appreciate Pastor Rice’s wisdom and humility. But, I do think he is being naïve about JD Greear and Ed Litton among others. It is obvious they are intentionally trying to change the SBC to be liberal.
@conceptualclarity6 ай бұрын
JD Greear is a Tim Keller disciple and Tim Kellerism is all about changing the political orientation of American Christians to the Left, and that unavoidably involves horrendous theological shifts.

23:22 even if Russell Moore had so-called gotten over his anger. A culture of a rape and molestation is not only unbiblical and sinful, but it's also criminal. So even if he doesn't now care for some magical reason, that's irrelevant, he should be the strong courageous leader, that he pretended to be, and go to the police, if he knows these things, he would be the victor, and have all of his progressive leftist Democrat old school whatever ideas that aren't actually welcome in the sbc, rule the day because he was the one who outed the bad EC people and their culture of rape and molestation. But of course that's not the culture is it? That's not what was happening and he knows it. Therefore he didn't do anything because the letter didn't do what I was supposed to do or whatever. The whole point was he did one thing lying through his teeth and then it didn't do its intended effect and therefore he dropped the so-called charges
