As reported by respected intl news sources like Bloomberg and Reuters. They are beyond "allegations" but statements of fact. As people in Dubai who have bought off plan will know all too well. Nakheel (and its "successors") finally make derisory offers after 19 yrs, then refuse to honour the offers when u write back to accept them. Then they make a far worse offer. Will they even honour the offers of zero interest after 20 yrs? They cancel Palm JA contracts like mine after 19 yrs. And then relaunch the SAME project, just demanding FIVE times as much money! This is the height of corruption and dishonesty. Holding onto deposits 4 yrs, let alone TWENTY years is utterly shameful. The "laws" relating to off plan development have zero credibility. Sadly the intl media spends too much time taking ad revenue and not enough time exposing this corruption.

It's a question of where the price is relative to where it is likely to go. The branded residence market in Dubai is at 10k/sqft+ on resale in the right projects. Abu Dhabi has limited branded offerings at the moment and the demand is there. The people who recognize the investment potential are the ones who will profit.

This is scam operated by construction companies and property dealers, that hold your money for 120 days to start or fund their project. They collect 4000 EOI’s for 500 units and it doesn’t guarantee the unit of your choice at REASONABLE price per sqft.

They are fully refundable within 30 days, and clients can also submit post-dated cheques that remain uncashed until unit allocation. Developers are required to have escrow accounts to ensure transparency and protect buyers. While demand may exceed supply in some cases, the process is designed to be fair and secure. By the time this project completes, the airport will be transitioning towards Al Maktoum Airport, so there should be minimal noise. It remains to be seen how operational DXB will remain, but I would say noise should be kept to a minimum. Definitely less than in Gardenia Bay/Yas in Abu Dhabi.

It could be better for you, but not so for every investor. Emaar's payment plans tend to be the least suited for resale strategy, and the presence of beaches on Dubai Islands (none in Maritime City/Rashid Yachts) makes a difference both for investors and those looking for a place to live. Different financial aspects and different energies in these two places.

I'm sorry to say that again the houses are amazing beautiful luxury, but literally your neighbors window bedroom is like 20 feet from your bedroom How I'm going to pay $40 million and I have no lot of property at all If you have 7 to 8 bedrooms, you need to have at least 0.3 acre land other than that where my kids going to play And I don't understand where they could try to go with the prices. Are they going to sell the houses in ten years and one billion dollars they look very artificial and not realistic for Dubai. Because this is not a city was grown up in 100 years everything exploded in the last 20 years so if that explosion went too fast high can go down too fast, low and crash Just imagine if a war happens between Israel and Iran and Israel started attacking Iran what's going to happen with the prices on Dubai because that country is in the border with Iran

Everyone has different perspectives on what "a good deal" is and how much space they need. We have clients who look for 30,000sqft+ mansions and there are places where we can make that happen - either custom or from a developer. Some will buy a house based on prestige, and usually people who are buying an apartment of villa on the palm - this is not their primary residence. This is theird 2/3/4+ property around the world where they spend a portion of the year. Many countries' financial resources are actually in Dubai, so it's sheltered from conflict. In fact, when conflict happens - it leads to investors from those countries moving money to Dubai, driving the market further.
