It loks impressive however the bass is a flat monotone. Like the old stereos with TONE. thats what this produces. A flat tone not good bass. Like a big box with tubes. It will produce the proper octave with a controlled pressure wave. Makes a huge difference. These young kids are being mislead. They have boxes that sound like CRAP

Monotone? Afaik the subs are playing several tones... Not sure that you have your terminology correct. How would you have built it better?

@raiden72 dude I hear these all the time. I am 63 years old. Been there done that. Do you remember those radios with tone? No cuz you weren't born yet. Each chamber for each woofer has to be separate from the other woofer. And vented with tubes. The pressure wave needs to be controlled. Then it will produce the low octave that rattles buildings. That box they made was a waste of money. Tone.......

Made my first box in '87. Back then boxes were made the way I described. And they sound way better than that contraption you showed. Today mine has 2 15" large individual chambers. Two 4"inch PVC tubes each tube 2ft long per chamber. And my boom box sounds waaayy better than these youngsters contraptions.

I've known Zack for years he's based out of central Kentucky so I've seen him at a lot of shows and knew of him when he first got started years ago. He's a great guy and he doesn't have this build anymore unfortunately. I can't remember what amp he was running
