That's Richard Hite, Bear's brother. He played bass with the band for much of the 70's.

I saw canned her in 1971....in a club in Balto Md....I've never seen so much marijuana be in Smokey in my whole life....I had a McDonald's carry out bag filled to top with grass.Rolled joints for 2 hrs straight.!!!.Chambers bros played last.....things got TRIPPY ....1970s wild good days oh hell yeah
