Not sure where your from, I bought one 2 months ago, did not come with a manual, I purchased a 2nd one this week that did come with a manual. Neither have the manual trigger block safety, and neither came with any oil or cleaning tools. Both came with two magazines and 2 punch tools to change back straps. I think the triggers aren't the best and leave room for improvement, maybe they'll wear in with some rounds down range. At the $200 +/- prices, I'm not complaining. I have HKs for precision work. This can ride around as my truck gun...

I believe so..modern firearms like this have a firing pin block..and I believe taurus have definitely up'd their game when it comes to quality.Having said that,its prudent for gun owners to think of measures of safety,including accidentally dropping your weapon.I suggest you having a holster with good retention straps.Thank you for the question.Be safe👍👍👍
