Thank you for this video, I am a Christian, mostly leaning towards Catholicism, but trying to find out more about Orthodoxy. Though I think you misreprezented the Catholic Church in some ways (for example treating a secular tradition - Easter egg hunts as if it was a part of Catholicism, even though It’s not) you gave me a lot of ideas about things I should research. For example, up until now I had no idea that orthodox bibles had more books. I’m still on my search for truth, I have faith that God will guide me. I’l try to learn more about orthodoxy, if you would like to learn about Catholicism i can recommend the KZbin channel „shameless popery”, he has a lot of in-depth explenations of things I didn’t previously understand, rooted in the Bible and the early Church. I have a story to share of an ear ringing that happened a couple of days ago to me. Let me first give a bit of history to my story. My friend, Michael, died several months ago. He was a writer who had adopted the name White Feather both for his writings and as a way of honoring his Native American heritage. A couple of months ago, following his death, I put a big (probably hawk’s) nest in my yard in his honor. He had had a similar one in his own yard. I had been wanting to add a white feather to it, but had not come across one. This week at his celebration of life, his cousin passed around a vessel with white feathers to share with the attendees. The moment that I selected mine my left ear began to ring. I knew for a fact that Michael White Feather was both acknowledging me and his presence in that sacred space. I was able to share that with his friends and loved ones which also gave them a sense of awe and comfort.

I enjoyed this video, but I could have gotten more from it if the transcript was made available or the words came up in text while spoken. This was so much better than hearing “tinnitus” or “right ear good, left, bad omen”. I’m hoping that scientists will one day be able to record with some accuracy more information via brain scans/ hearing tests regarding this fairly common, but downplayed phenomena.
