That's definitely a cheater. You simply don't consistently block 13 frame lows like that, and the blocking animation came out at the last possible frame. You can also tell they're a bad player because they can't even punish properly. They use Lidia's WS 4 without the extension, which is guaranteed, and they used only her 11f WS punish because they don't know how to properly punish each attack. A God of Destruction player knows better than this. A cheater, 100%.

@@Kompetente0 In the anime, X-LAWS tried to open it to seal Hao away because he can't be killed. Obviously it failed, one reason for failure was because the gatekeeper or key holder(Shamash) was snatched by the Spirit of Fire right before the gate closes. In real life it's like a big gate to Babylonia I kind of forgot it though you may Google it. It is called Ishtar Gate or Ishtar Gate of Babylon.

I wasn't able to cover that. But it's just a slight nerf because they are removing Lili's pressure after During Heat Feisty Rabbit 3 follow up. Because qcf+3 voila and SS+3 have the same effect on grounded opponents. I will check later how it does on grounded opponents.

It's just added recovery (minus) frames on block for Lili. And they said in the patch the second 1 hit can be interrupted but I can't see it could be interrupted tho.
