@@triple9_ I would say if you haven’t yet turn some of your settings in game to lot. Also try not to have a lot of programs running in the background. Side note Apex is a very CPU bound game so yes your GPU is really good. But apex is going to use your CPU more than your GPU.

I say match your FPS to your monitor's refresh rate. For example, if you have a 144Hz monitor, set your FPS to 144fps.

My current pc spec is to old i wanted to upgrade my pc so i decided to buy ryzen 5 7600x with ddr5 ram ( 5600 mhz) and pair up with my old msi rtx 2070 super gaming z trio ( My question - this is good pair with my old graphics or might have seen bottle neck issu in 240 hz monitor)

It should be fine I have a RTX 2070 super paired with my Ryzen 5 7600 and it works great. But I would recommend upgrading the GPU to a RTX 3060 or 4060

I would say focus on gun recoil also try to focus on a legend you would play a lot. And try to watch other people that play and learn from them. You could also record your gameplay and learn from your mistakes.
