great video no stone unturned in the build but one question what did you slip inside the grip when swing weighting ...?
@Snuff218 күн бұрын
Did he really feel the flex in the handle in the red and not the black? Recent information shows that the handle section in red and black are the same, with the blue being drastically more stiff in the handle. Not being argumentative, hope it’s not taken that way. Just curious if that’s what was felt because that’s what info was available at the time.
@LoggerheadGolf7 күн бұрын
No worries, you’re good! The red has more flex in the mid section and because of that you really do feel it a bit more in your hands. So you are right, the handle sections are very much the same but when it comes to feel, the red gives you the feeling it is flexing more than it actually is

Guys, his putting easily could be fixed with a Lab. He needs the OZ.1i with 0 shaft lean and a cord grip with steel shaft. He would roll that thing like crazy. You need to be louder about it.

any predictions?

DF3 with full alignment lines might be the second most forgiving putter available today after the DF2.1. And the 140g Accra shaft is very stout for a graphite shaft with great feel. LAB reminds me a bit of Tesla 15 years ago- so far ahead of everyone. We'll see if they can keep it up.

It definitely won’t be the putter for everyone, but it does have a much more approachable shape for someone looking to try out a LAB putter and not keen on the funky shapes

We actually watch a lot of LIV golf. Always going to keep it honest though with our takes. LIV definitely does some things right and there are areas they can improve. Same goes for the PGA. It's going to be interesting to see where the state of competitive golf is in a year or so.

Great video! I do have a question, why did you cut off the tip instead of the bottom of the shaft? I thought cutting the tip will make the shaft harder and stiffer. Thank you!
@LoggerheadGolfАй бұрын
Axioms are .370” parallel shafts which means they are designed to be tipped to fit into the proper club. Axioms groups their shafts into three categories or lengths, this shortens the tipping for each club to a maximum of an 1”. But you are right, cutting the tip of a shaft will make it stiffer, but with parallel .370” shafts, this is how the manufacturer recommends them to be tipped.

I wear xxl gloves and have been using tour velvet jumbos but I’m probably going to switch all my clubs next season to midsize +4 grips. Tried one on my driver and I love it. Jumbo golf prides are too tapered. The jumbo +4 feel huge. Midsize +4 are a nice middle ground.
