I always thought he was an excellent commentator and he makes a very good point in the interview in that nowadays the only qualification you need to be a commentator is to have been world champion which does not necessarily mean you will be good at it - commentary and playing are different things and some of the modern commentators never know when to keep quiet at the right time - they think the viewers are stupid and they love the sound of their own voices

Well he did get a career back in football. Thanks to Swindon and Plymouth. Doesn't seem right to me tbh. Totally destroyed an innocent family.

Just finished the book. Smashing read. I was born in 1972 the best footballer I’ve seen was maradona. However I think edwards death along with the other busby babes was probably the biggest tragedy ever in sport. Big Duncan was only 21. Most famous footballer in the country at the time. In the country where the greatest game was invented. It goes without saying he would’ve captained England 62,66,70 World Cup. All the experts who saw him can’t all be wrong the greatest footballer of all time he certainly was. Best was good Gascoigne aswell but couldn’t hold a candle to big Duncan

I think his sentence wasn't enough given that he got early release, that saying, if I was his manager I would suggest that he donates a portion of his wages to BRAKE, or another road awareness charity.
