VERY nice location & view BUT if i was buying it , i would get the rid of everything there from head to tow & Built 2 level TALL celling 2 times BIGGER mansion , all TALL floor till celling glass rapped around windows , guess house & pool with waterfall, outdoor Gazebo/Kitchen/BBQ an all that, would be BRAND Built in everything , everything is sooo 80ish style , rusted & water damaged
