@@SquideyTFT it’s because shiv deals 4 extra instances of damage, you can also choose the runnaans augment for kog’maw, if you activate both snipers and automata, the automata proc will be faster. However I would also give kog either guinsoo or archangel since kog’s 80% damage on his auto is replaced with AP

The + appears when it comes up as your 2nd augment I think it gives you a 2 star of the unit instead of a 1 star

So with Molten Caramel, the regular augment you gain a Rumble, and with the Molten Caramel + you gain a 2-Star Rumble, but other than that, the changes to the champion are exactly the same

So there is also a Wukong Augment that changes them from needing Armour and Magic Resist to pure Damage and Ability Power. I completely forgot about it when I made this video, so keep an eye out for another video about the Wukong in the future!

If you build arcanists, this is completely wrong because deathcap is multiplicative in damage while AA is additive. If you have 4 arcanists and the extra 50AP, the deathcap might give less AP but the 20% damage adds an additional 10% more effective damage upfront and can ramp up your damage + kill the enemy team faster in the first 10 seconds of the game which is way more important. We're not taking ascension every game for that reason.

Yah comparing onestar onecost chaps just isn’t representing anything, also with no traids aktiv its not. If you have +80 ap from traids augments other items, the % damage buffs are way more worth the another 30 ap. As wells as the first kill will fall faster with rabadons what could prevent an nautilus from casting his ability. As well this would be way more worth then just flat dps. Its a case by case which is stonger. And what you can slam early. I would argue arcangle is probably the better early game slam but rabadons just outperforms it in the later stages.

Yeah you're absolutely right it is a simplistic model and I'll definitely work on it for a future video. I will be looking at how the AP & Mana traits (Arcanist & Invoker) impact these items, I appreciate you sharing your views though! I always want to improve :)

One more thing to consider is non damaging part of spells like Hwei and Azir have. Their respective heal and shield don't scale with damage, so they benefit that much more from that extra AP from archangel's

I hadn't even thought of Manazane! I've had a quick look and even with the additional AS & Mana from the item, because of how long it would take Azir (The champ I looked at) to get to that first ability to trigger the 120mana in 5 seconds, Archangel staff is already at the same level of rabadons, if not already at the 10second mark for + 2 x 30 AP. But it is something that I feel warrants another video, thanks for your thoughts! :)

In theory the cast at the begining would be at less amplified dmg compared to death cap since arch angels works better later in the fight.

Hey Squid, after a recent struggle with a decision in TFT I think there’s a video idea for you! I was trying to build 6 invoker with Annie as a frontline tank, her BIS for the build are: Dragons Claw, Stoneplate and Warmogs. However, I had a radiant item (pandora) and anima visage. I was interested to see the best combinations of those items, anima visage and the radiant versions!!

Sweet Video. I wish there was a way to test them out. Setup two teams exactly the same but one with the hextech and the other with the bloodthirster... Yeah, the only rules to look out for 1/2/3 cost champs is that there are at least 3 champs left in the pool, so 1 cost there are 22 units in total, 2 cost = 20 units and 3 cost = 17 units in the pool. For 4 & 5 cost, you need to also be wary that if you have more than 4, 4 costs or 3, 5 costs then the headliner won't show for you. So if you had 5 Ahris, you could not see the Ahri Headliner

I'd say that a 3-star, full AP Zac is probably your best bet for the most healing. Between 6 EDM giving 125% ability effectiveness and each Zac cast effectively giving 2400% AP as healing, I don't think that amount can be beaten as long as your Zac can't be CCed. I'd also splash K/DA and Spellweaver for the free AP if possible. For augments, I'd look for Long Distance Pals (for the AP sharing), Harmacist, and Pandora's Items to get the free radiant. Good luck, really cool concept!

An interesting video idea (following the maximum armour video) could be “maximum healing” where you can maybe see in one second, what is the maximum burst of healing a character can achieve ( through items, augments, sona etc)

Yeah I think there's the stacking of Items, the Sentinel trait too as Sentinel 9 would give an extra 125 AR & MR and I think the Long Distance Pals would give an extra boost but yeah, I don't think it would even be possible but may that's another video trying to work out the probability of it occuring

Not even close to how high you can get! Radiant gargoyle gives 20 mr and 20 armor on default, and a whopping 30 of both for each enemy targeting it. So - Amumu with triple radiant gargoyle, being targeted by 10 units can get up to over 1000 armor.

Other Armour sources: - Radiant Bramble - Potentially the max number of enemies attacking an amumu with 3 Gargoyles (or radiant gargoyles -There might be other powerful items (I believe randuins omen and some others) These would be hard to carry out in a game but from a statistical standpoint you could get very high with this
