This course shall certainly give a direction to the directionless people, peace to the peace seeking people, ocean of love to the one who is experiencing all rejections, hate, anger, stress, agony, migraine & depression and above all, success within to the one who is seeking success from outside! Likewise, issues we see in the society like consuming drugs, news of suicide from every corner of Ladakh and divorce rates that are shooting up like anything finally shall find reason to heal from deep inside to lead life peacefully, meaningfully & blissfully. May people take the benefit of such course🙏

My gratitude to the LBA youth wing, led by President Jigmat Raftan and General Secretary Dr. Stanzin Sherab, for their important initiative in organizing life coaching & LNP courses for our younger generation. These courses emphasize the significance and values of life, which are essential for shaping our students and youth. In today’s society, many young people are facing serious challenges, such as drug abuse and a lack of direction. These issues can have detrimental effects not only on their future but also on the well-being of their communities. By implementing educational programs that teach essential life values-such as responsibility, empathy, and resilience-we can empower young individuals to make informed choices. These courses can facilitate discussions on the dangers of substance abuse, the importance of mental health, and the benefits of engaging in constructive hobbies and interests. Ultimately, creating a supportive environment that fosters personal growth and self-awareness is vital for guiding our youth toward a more positive and fulfilling life. 🙏🙏🙏

Long live his Holiness. We wish His Holiness a long life so that we are blessed with his presence and learn 2:40 from his teachings. We ladakhis are one of the few followers who are fortunate to have His Holiness spend time here in ladakh and be able to listen to his teachings. The question is how much of his teachings are we able to put in practice in our daily lives. When we look around , people consuming alcohol,youth heavily into drugs, consuming animal products, cheating,stealing ,killing, cruelty towards animals and worst destroying our fragile environment there is not much we have practiced from his teachings. Our youth is so disconnected with our culture, traditions and worst religion that future looks uncertain. Family values do not exist. A cafe culture exists .,
