Don't ever try this with fast charger it will ruin ur IC of controller...my 2 controller got dead due to 22 watt fast charger...😢😢😢be smart. Use ur ps usb port to charge

Well i m here on this video ,just because i charged my ds 4 controller on my MI smartphone charger , which works on 5 V , after i connected it on the tv icon shows ? Mark instead charging normal ticks (sry my eng is bad ) , a d today i just got home , and my controller doesnt even turns off ( keep in mind i didnt let it connected for long period of time with the charger ) , max 5 minutes 😢😢😢

Don’t use Samsung you a Sony charging block because the that brick is to highly of a voltage and will fry the battery so the only you can play is with it plugged in so or just make sure it is only a 5 volt charger

WARNING: do NOT use fast charging brick wall. it may lower don life expectancy and might FRY the controllor rendering it usless. use brick walls that only has 5 VOLTAGE. Please read the etxt on brick walls if ur using a controllor. If u dont wanna have problems finding a 5 voltage brick wall try getting sonys brick walls make sure to read the text on it.

Don't do this it can overload your PS4 controller battery leading it to turn your controller light red and it will get worse from there

NOOOOOOOO it has ro be a 5 ps4 charger. If not a charger that contains 5 voltage only!! This is why we see problems likw ps4 controller lights not turning on and in always needing to be connected to the ps4 it can fey the inside of the controller. LITTERALLY.

Everything with a USB port can charge your PS4 controller, be safe and make sure to get the lowest power rating adapter 5V with below 1A should be fine, because any phone charger will kill your ps4 controller battery with a fast charge

This is very terrible advice. Charging your PS4 with charger that outputs anything over 5W (5V/1A) will destroy the batteries. Charging with a fast charger is seen in this video will kill it faster. Yes you can use regular USB chargers or powerbanks but it's gotta have an output of roughly 5W which is equivalent to the power delivered by a PS4 port.
