I suffer from this too and have been for years now. I was just watching Chester sing "ONE MORE LIGHT". I can't say it will go away man but you are not alone if this helps at all. There's a reason I you popped up on my feed and it reminds me that I m also not alone.

To be honest I'm been and still am where ya at right now the meds help but not all the time and when I get to that point the best thing to do is either talk to a therapist asap or someone u trust and vent it all out everything that's on ya mind and whats bothering you , just getting it out helps so much or write it down read what u wrote few times and look at at wat u wrote as someone else's and what would u tell them to help them its always good to look at ur self from the outside looking in ,Most importantly ur not alone and knowing u need help is a good first step into changing that 🙏🙏🙏

You just need a passion brother, something to look forward to. It could be anything. And a girl will come to you when it’s the right time, just focus on yourself! Things will be alright, no reason to be down and hard on yourself. And I bet you everyday Chester would be disappointed if you followed his path, he wouldn’t wish that on you.

It's called now, MDD (major depressive disorder) I got that way from TBI (traumatic brain damage) new meds Viibryd 10 mg, it's a newer medication that lifted a huge cloud lifted off of me. Talk to your Doctor!

Life's hard enough with all the things going on around us. But it doesn't mean we can't do our best to help ourselves out in every way possible. Just think one optimistic thought p)day but hold onto that thought. It helps trust me.

I would say first get off social media. That's not good for you at all. Figure out your insurance or government insurance and see someone. There are places you can go in right now. This second. Will not cost you a thing or anything. That's what's great about this country. I would check a local mental hospital or something. Having a mental disorder is not a problem and should not be looked down upon. If your body is suffering you go and get help. So if there is something wrong with your brain/mind you would go get help. The brain/ mind is part of your body. There's no shame in getting help. Getting a girlfriend is one thing. You have to be happy with yourself first. What has been tremendous for me is... Breathe in for 5 seconds. Breathe out for 5 seconds. Continue doing that until you notice yourself calm down. And if that does not help, continue that breathing pattern and go for a walk. This is something they teach Navy seals. And it does work. Trust me, I've used it before in many stressful situations.
