Be absolutely sure to backtrack the same way you came before Luis' death once you've rescued and rendezvous with Ashley in Chapter 3-4 so you can obtain it. And be sure to keep the Broken Butterfly until you decide to purchase the Killer7 magnum in the island chapter later, because you'll need the Broken Butterfly as a preliminary magnum weapon when you face tougher enemies and bosses in the game. I'm telling you, it packs a quite punch. And speaking of boss battles, here's a useful tip; when you face the Verdugo, Salazar, and U-3, be sure to use the Rocket Launcher. This weapon causes major damage once you subdue a boss with whatever weapon you use, including the Broken Butterfly. Sound cool?
