I know this isn't considered an Ian solo album, but it kinda is. I wish he'd do more solo stuff.

I don't know if you'll see this but Jerma playing Bubsy 3D featured Star_ in the video.

Damn that's a deep cut, and here I thought I was done with the old stuff.

@@BrysonSpahn It's ok. I literally forgot about that video too until yesterday when I rewatched it after years.

they really should make all their old back catalog available digitally again like it was on their old old store page, but at least this one is on the Tonight at the Arizona reissue cd which i think they still sell (compared to albums like iantown and Through these Reins and Gone which are basically relegated to finding the albums through piracy or discogs)
@BrysonSpahn2 жыл бұрын
Update: I just checked and it turns out that both versions of Tonight at the Arizona are on itunes now, so this song can be easily obtained. However, same can still not be said for Iantown, TTRaG, and Adventures of the Felice Brothers vol. 1

I like most of what these guys do but I have a strong feeling that Ian should go back to writing songs like the opening track, which is simple, true and stunning.
@BrysonSpahn6 жыл бұрын
I've always thought there's something about their pre-self titled work that isn't captured in what came after. It's more emotionally raw, intimate, and stripped down, whereas their later work is more produced and theatrical (not bad, mind you, but different still).
