Right on, after go’ogling around I didn't realize that Simmy Krotiel's Bigger Blueprint was updated and you can make it bigger even faster, yep, what Simmy suggested before was pretty good, but now it can grow up to 4 ins, I managed 3 ins myself and I feel like a monster lol

White layer formed on penis for 2 months though i clean everyday. I stopped fapping and sex for 30 days and White layer totally gone and something came out, but left foreskin small cracks. My penis is clean didn't used anything. ( i assume "because i stopped fapping and sex my body detected something wrong and killed fungal bacteria and left small cracks.) I've experienced the same thing myself and it sucks, I'm pretty sure it's a form of bladder infection. Refrain from sex and fapping, do NOT drink any alcohol or too much sugar, taking an over the counter prescription called "Azo" which is just cranberry pills which flushes out bladder infections, drink plenty of water also for the cracked foreskin I suggest putting a layer of cortizone ointment around the foreskin a couple of times per day

I'm confused as to which flu shot to get. Seems like the vaccine inserts for Flulaval and Fluzone specifically warn against pregnant women getting them. And pregnant women aren't supposed to get the nasal spray. So you can't just simplify it and say 'get a flu shot' if certain vaccine inserts recommend against it. Which brand do you recommend?

True.. It's better to discuss with a medical personnel before opting for any. As for me I try to mix things up: watch what I eat + regular exercises + diet pills. I introduced diet pills into the equation after a review of Phen375 I saw on www.hotnaturalproducts.com/phen375-full-reviews/ and so far the experience has been awesome. Wouldn't know if same (will) apply to everyone though.
