I prefer Hallandale Beach Florida beautiful beaches and restaurants and Gulf Stream Park Horse racing track, it’s the biggest in Florida, and Pegasus And Dragon Statue it’s the third biggest statue in the United States, Atlantic Village beautiful shopping mall and full with restaurants and nightlife, Big Easy Casino the second biggest casino in Florida, and your in the city that’s in between everything in south Florida, my favorite city in Florida perfect location.❤

I don’t see overhead or aerial power lines here in this section, a major plus! Can you verify if this section has mostly underground utilities?

Can you tell me if there are any Non HOA neighborhoods with underground utilities? Also, can you make a video that outlines the major medical centers in the area, proximity to emergency care, etc?

I wish you were more clear with B D P by saying, B as in boy or D as in David or P as in Paul. I had 6 different people listening to the video, and they all said that they are not sure. Either way, I live here and I keep seeing houses being built, and within 10 years, all Palm Coast will be vulnerable. Roots are getting dug out of the ground and burned, to build a house. Trucks bring sand from other locations to raise the houses, in some cases it is giving us greenbelts, but the raised yards are also causing the lower level houses to suffer. You may think that the spread of land is so great that the water level will barely rise. Unfortunately you are also building driveways, and curbs around parking lots, and that causes the water to be boxed-in and more difficult to drain. As an example; for the first time in history, my house had water 19” above my road and it reached half way up my driveway. It took 20 hours for the road to dry, but it took 2 days for the water to drain between driveways. Anyone moving to Palm Coast is welcome, but I guarantee you that they will regret it. Since the last STORM, every new neighbor is telling me that they are going back. There are all saying the same thing; “taxes and insurance is ridiculously expensive, and there’s too many bugs and too much traffic due to slow speed limits.” A couple I know is leaving because they are both sick and the medical situation is awful. A lot of people who came from a nice town, find Palm Coast dirty. Some love it because they came from living in crowded places where houses were two inches away from each other, like my brother. To him, having a yard is paradise… but now complains about too much work because weeds and grass grows fast. My buddy escaped his issues in his state, got here and didn’t like the politics and moved out of the country. From being in business and talking to a lot of people, I understand them, Palm Coast is not for everyone. If they wanted a party town, they found a layback town, and those who live like they are wired or have ADHD, they find themselves speeding and causing accidents because most of the people here are in no rush to do anything. 25 MPH in a 35 is common, reasons why you can be driving for 20 minutes to go to Home Depot that is 3 miles away. HAHAHAHAHAHA Takes me 25 minutes to get to my doctor every month, he’s exactly 7.5 miles from my house.

This helps me understand Flager Beach a little better. I am an author and thought about a story about a family distressed after Hurricane Nicole. The man in the family leaves for greener grass. The woman, with a 12-year-old son and a 13-year-old daughter. Trying to make ends meet and stay there. They get help from The Salty Church and many retired neighbors. A lot of this information is outdated. Palm coast is and is becoming more crowded.lots are smaller and more expensive, not much shopping thete. Virtally all new communitoes are hoa subdivisions, airport travel times are longer than stayed, the driving is not that safe anymore.parks are not really attractive and you have to watch out for wildlife, you can be attacked by bears. Bobcats snakes. Thats the real scoop. This woman sounds like a realtor

Please don't move to Palm Coast and try to Make it like where you came from. If you want bagels take 95 back north. If you want hiking and tacos, 95 to I10 and go back west. We like it the way it is down south, not how YOU want it. Nuff Said
