I got HDR working on a rog ally X and a LG CX tv. It works flawlessly! I measured 650 nits in HDR. I dont know why it looked all yellow when I first tried setting it up. But, heres what you need to do!! Launch the game. In the menu, select options, graphics. Now, Turn on HDR, and also adjust your other settings. Now start a graphics bemchmatk test using the DUBAI demo stage. Your tv will switch to HDR mode on a LG oled. Almost immediately. Now, if it switches back. Only have the games window open. It will be in proper HDR now when you start the game. You are welcome.

My TV is a LG CX. It knows when a TRUE HDR setting is active. And automatically turns it on. Trust me. It does not work. Also, its Dolby Vision you are describing. HDR isnt as good.
