Thank you for the great content! I recognized many of the tactics I found useful as well. Few additional things from my side: - When working with first-time managers I support them in navigating and making sense of their role and responsibilities. Also, provide some reassurance and validate their thinking on the role (via 1on1 discussions, feedback, and reflections). - When working with L3, I often find it useful to go to them for alignment - get their feedback if the things I'm working on align with their goals and if there are additional inputs I should take into consideration to move the organization to the intended direction more effectively.
