I use many cameras and even my IPhone. The secret is in the editing tool : Da Vinci Resolve Studio version ;)

I started my videos with an already quite complete free edition, you should try it if you're doing some editing : It can upgrade your video quality a lot !

I didn’t know it was a former Sonic the Hedgehog ride, I’m so sad ! I’m a huge fan of the franchise and I would have love to ride it with its previous theme 😭

Yep, same manufacturer : Intamin ! Except I think the Velocicoaster trains are better, your feet don’t touch the bottom whereas Kondaa, they touch so there’s a bit less freedom of movement unfortunately, same on Toutatis at Parc Astérix.
