Hi there. I’ve started a KZbin channel called “Steve’s mile to dragons back”. Would you allow me to use this trailer at the front of my videos? If so how would I get a copy of the video file to add into my clips. Naturally I’ll state I’ve used the trailer video.

Definitely not the toughest ultra out there. Don’t get me wrong, this is tough as hell but it’s got nothing on Barkley.

Awe inspiring. As a moutain walker having almost finished all 214 Wainrights and walking most of the North Wales peaks. The Mc Gillycuddy Reeks in Ireland. Scotland and the Pyrranies and Etna i take my hat off to these guys!

Brilliant "That's good news as I reckon this way is quicker" sums up what I love most about fell running, endless discussions on what is the best route, in this case I think the guy was wrong, I think coming down the east ridge of Pen yr Ole Wen is quicker! 🤣

Thanks for sharing. I just finished my first ultra trail run, 50km. I have talked to my wife about this event before, but she wasn't behind me then. I'm going to try and set myself into a good training plan and try to show her this crazy idea is a great idea! Also, I love Zoe's approach to her first. It's basically how I did my 50km this weekend: Little to no prep! I've ran 3 half marathon this quarter, and just signed up for the event some my friends wouldn't confirm they would do a 50 mile relay 😂

It's an incredible event, I blew up totally the first time I tried it and had to dedicate a full year (2yrs later) to finish it. My route selection on the ground and micro nav wasn't up to speed so that's what I had to work on. Never again for me but I wish you well.

For a guy trying to figure out whether he should switch up from half marathon to full marathon training, this was quite a perspective 😀coupled with Vassos Alexander's equally perspective-giving "Running Up that Hill". What a documentary! Thanks!
