Wank more. Worry less. Don’t be too hard on yourself. Anger is an important emotion. It helps us understand our boundaries and comes from a sense of self respect... and it motivates us and drives us to act. It’s a great motivator. Don’t be afraid of anger. Listen to it. Understand it. It’s trying to tell you something. And if you’re really stressed… definitely wank more… especially at your age. It releases endorphins that will help you release tension and relax. You’re a very impressive young man. Just don’t put too many rules and pressure on yourself. It’s okay to be angry… allow yourself to feel anger without judging yourself. PS.. everyone feels angry sometimes. It’s normal. YOU are normal.

To be completely honest mate I made this video months ago. I believe music can have a negative effect but also it is a good way to understand or accept you’re emotions, most of the music I listen to is based on how I personally feel so I understand what you’re saying.

Hey! Just the fact that you are doing that introspection means you are quite smart. It might sounds obvious for you to do so... but you'd be surprised how many people never ever, look into themselves to see what is wrong. Kudos to you for doing just that. We all have work to do on ourselves, and you are already doing it. Keep it up! +1 sub

Getting into reading is so good for your mind just because you are using so many parts of your brain generatively, like imagining a visual of what you’re reading. Just remember every author has an angle and an agenda. If it is meant to steer you in any particular direction, it is a form of propaganda. It impacts you in ways you aren’t thinking about, just as you said. There is so much out there to be read. Be careful!

Diet is so important and good you have realised this as a young guy. For your overall flexibility may I recommend Bikram (hot) yoga as it is great for that and mindset. At this time of year it is lovely to go from 0 degrees to 37 degrees plus for 60-90 minutes. You get a good stretch and a detox.

It's considerably more realistic (and achievable) to do what you're saying than completely stopping something you're accustomed to for 30 days. I think it's the opposite of cringe to take a logical approach. Good thinking.

I don't disagree but what would be your alternate solution that makes you more then a 9-5.
@GoalGains142 ай бұрын
It’s each to their own and I personally don’t have the specific answer I had when recording this video. But living life in a way that gives you skills that can be transferable to jobs outside your typical 9-5 is a good start.
