The windows are small and look like track home windows. This makes every room look small and uninviting, especially the kitchen. Bad design.

A full Glass pivot door that can be seen from the street bad design. The wine rack in the breakfast nook is too big for this house plus it should be in a formal dinner area this house does not have. A smaller wine rack closer to the wet bar in makes better sense. The upstairs was my favorite.

Great list! Pretty much covers it all. Would love to see the “5 cons of living in LA” next! One big benefit I may add is there is that you have access to snowy mountains, nice beaches, and big cities all within a 2 hour range. Not many places like that! ✅

I live in Los Angeles for the last 50 years. If it wasn’t for my age I would’ve moved a long time ago. This is just my opinion. It is not the place to raise a family these days, or even to retire due to the cost of living here.

The houses in this area actually vary a lot in price depending on location and size! All amazing houses though from $2.3mish all the way up to $3.5m It’s a beautiful area

My house has a similar sliding door and under normal circumstances a few quality bug zappers outside can deter too many of them from entering the house.
