One beautiful F40 was also participating in the event, and yes, I agree that the sound is mesmerizing (although it was a bit quieter than the Huayra). I haven't had the opportunity to hear the scream of the FXX unfortunately...

@EVERYTHING and NOTHING There was a great historic race event Epiritu de Montjuic in Montmelo, Spain (you can check it on my channel). And even with all the endurance racers, 1960s/70s/80s beasts, group C monsters - there was nothing like a devilish sound of one V6 Capri! A true monster!

Because that’s what the dyno power curve says? Power and torque are 2 different measurements and will almost always make peak numbers at different rpm’s...

Sto si rekao, da li moze i danas da uradi to sto je tada mogao, i da sluzi kao porodicni auto. Moze moj je pravi primer. Bio u porodici 3 generacije, svima sem dedi prvi auto. Keva odrasla na zadnjem sicu, a kasnije i ja. I sada ga ja teram svaki dan, duge i kratke relacije, po kisi i po snegu, a on samo gura. Nekada mi se zaplace kad pomislim koliko je istorije ovaj mali auto preziveo, i koliko ce jos videti. Nakon svakog dugog puta, na kome me nikada nije izneverio, potapsem ga po braniku i sapnem 'hvala stari druze sto si me doveo sigurno' i kunem se osecam toplotu i ljubav iz njega kao da mi je rodjena krv. Ima da ostane u porodici zauvek

a friend of mine had a zastava 750, it even had a cruise control...avant la lettre: you pulled out some lever and it drove on and on at about 90 km/h, to stop this cc you had to pull the lever backwards....

Splendid document. I thank friends. I went with this car and I learnt to go on Zastawa 750 when I had 16 years. My father bought Zastawa 750 in Poland in year 1967. Excellent, superb small car. I was on trip this car from Poland to Scotland in 1969 year, in 1970 to Lion ( France ). He never disappointed. I greet from Poland. 73!

8:34 Did originally include a radio? The electric system was 12v?

The system was 12 v, but it didn't have a radio. However, it was possible to install it afterwards. There were some early car radios which looked very well on earlier versions, but later a lot of people improvised with the parts of other Zastava models (101, Yugo). The Fićo in the video has had a modern stereo installed since his owner played in a music band and loved to listen to r'n'r while driving it.

Nice video, my firs car Fica from 1968. Super video i realan, imao sam i ja ficu i to iz 1968.-me godine, nikada me nije ostavio na cesti, i stvarno ga je bilo lako i jeftino popraviti. Naznam da li ce se ikada moci kupiti nov auto od 13 plata.
