Love the Beavers Bend cabins but they allow large smelly and chewing dogs with large claws that roll in mud and lose tons of hair…. But don’t allow 100% indoor declawed and clean, medium sized cats that do zero damage, nor chew anything up. It’s why we’ll never go back until they stop discriminating and change that policy.

Went to the website. Found a cabin. INSTRUCTED TO MAKE RESERVATION BEFORE A PRICE WAS QUOTED !!! What is wrong with you people. I indicated the exact days and still NO PRICE QUOTE. Guess that means accommodations are FREE.

Looks like this “adventure” was all about spending money and nothing to do with actual adventuring or the outdoors.

I lived maybe 1000 yards from that jail when I first saw it. It was overgrown so me a few of my friends cleaned it out at first we didn’t know what we found but then we realize it was a jail. You have to understand that the majority of the people that lives there are Choctaw and you should talk to some of the older Choctaw to find out what the real story is, I know the story. I know I know the story. I know the story.

I lived in Smithville for some time and that jail used to be overgrown with trees and brush. ive been in it a few times. you should check out the "iron bridge" if its still there. covered in local graffiti but i think its over 100 years old and were some people unalive themselves. if your going down the mail road with the school to your left you will take a right at the intersection of the jail and it will take you right to it and eventually back to paved roads.

I have always loved this story. So many stories of eclipses are so dark (lol, pun not intended) , but this is just so pure and joyous. My favorite one is, however, of where the Milky Way came from, but this is a close second.

I watched this video and took my kids on a vacation to Hochatown. If you get the chance to go, don’t. I’ve never had a vacation that made me look forward to going back to work more than this one!

You are spreading misinformation. Her net worth is not $15 million. Use the state disclosures and stop lying to people. Also, she’s not 65 years old.

Be careful there. Murderers run free awaiting trial. Fentanyl mostly unaffected by Narcan. Multiple arsons and no arrests, unexplained drownings and disappearances and inadquate and infrequent law enforcement. Cannibas and booze have made travel to and from Beavers Bend a game of 'avoid' the deathtrap. Have fun though.
