I couldn't find the tool in my unboxing. I used my mother's tool from her phone. I had to push kinda hard but please take your time to not damage anything. That was my worry.

Scared the heck out of me because I thought I broke my new palma right away. Unfortunately that hole got all scratched up. Just cosmetic damage unfortunately 😢. Do you also have a screen protector on your device? I’ve heard the screen is really fragile.

No ma'am! You need the Switch Dock or you can download the smartphone app to use as a Mic. Not sure how that would work with the Lite or if you can even do that for the Lite. It's worth a try though...hope it work for you.

You can try using a USB to USB C adapter to connect one mic into the lite, but you won't be able to charge it while using the mic

You have to sing into the mic so it will register.

Same did you figure it out?

Ha ha I had the same issue. On the screen where it says not detected you need to sing into one of the microphone's then it will recognise it 👌🏽

Specs have been lowered from the previous year's model, but battery life has improved as a result. 3 hrs for pervious year vs at least 8-9 or more with the current. Overall, reviews I've seen are positive.

@@GamingGadgetsTechnology Thank you for the information. I'm a huge fan of Samsung products, especially phones and tablets. I'm looking for a Chromebook. I need to look into this one further. I don't like the idea of any specs being lowered, maybe I will find that it's not an issue that will keep me from buying. I definitely think the better battery life was needed. I've been surprised in the past that Samsung Chromebooks seemed so mediocre, It never made sense to me. The vast majority of phones tablets etc are made in Communist China, even Apple. I like Samsung because they are mostly made in Korea. I hope that their Chromebooks are made in Korea.

@@GamingGadgetsTechnology I saw a very nice lightweight Lenovo Chromebook at Walmart. Under 2.5 pounds. It had very good sound quality for music and a good screen with rich vibrant colors. It seemed to even have a metal case. In dark blue, all in all beautiful looking. However I think that Lenovo products have all been Chinese owned for the last seven years or so. Also it was a little pricey $369 I think.

​@alejandrovargas7592 Oh, this one that I purchased is still unfortunately $699.99 on the Samsung website. But with their financing option it's about $20.00 per month which is much more manageable. This one feel solid, weigh about 2 lbs. Also has a metal or aluminum chasis. Feel nice. Has a fan inside but it rarely cut on. Battery life this far is super good. I have my brightness about the middle. Charger that come with it charges super fast. I love the feature that allow me to get my notifications on the computer/tablet. And I can respond directly from it in real time. Can unlock the Chromebook with my phone and can even use the phones hotsopt when you're out and about and need to have internet access. Overall, thus far, this Guy is awesome! I'm not saying these things to sway your decision, only to make you aware of my experience with it in the short time I've had it. Is it expensive, yes. Is it worth it, that's TBD. Good luck on your search and I hope you find a Chromebook that suits you!
