Yes it's an old private park that used to be called Marydale Park, the road on the map is Marydale park Rd. The nice sand dune area is down the first road to the Train tracks but before you get to the tracks there two big fields/corn etc. 1/2 way down the road you turn left in between the fields stay to the left and at the end of corn field is the nice dense sand.

there no good in the snow if its more than 4-5 inches deep. the front wheels just bog down. you need 4wd really for snow.

i have a 2006 Raptor 700R with GYTR slip on and a Twin Air air filter. Other than that the motor is bone stock. I put my Nav on the atv and it measured 58 in 4th gear. no room for fifth in the space I was in. I also have a 2008 Raptor 700R with FMF Factory 4.1 slip on and Twin Air air filter. I caught 62 mph in 4th gear. Both machines are extremely fast. They both have full GYTR skids and Pro Armour nerfs. I am going to add Trail Tech digital device and 6 pack style grab bar on rear of ATV'S.

just came back from there now, was busy today because its sunday, there was about 20 trucks parked along the street going into it, and about 5 or cars inside.. dirtbikes ripping the tracks, and atv's running the trails. some people had tents setup and bbq's going.. all in good times.. great spot to be when ganny is closed.
