Wow, this is amazing! We are bringing positive changes to people's lives through Num Vani, and I hope that going forward, we can reach even more people and raise awareness. Thank you so much! And please include all the schools and colleges as well so that, if they have any students like that they can guide/redirect to the right people.

Mam, I also believe that it takes a lot of courage for parents to accept that their child has a problem. This acceptance is the first step towards exploring available solutions. For those with low vision, the condition is often harder to acknowledge because it is not as immediately visible as deafness or blindness. Parents might struggle to accept that their child has this issue. Education is crucial here to help parents understand and identify their child's problem. This understanding is essential for seeking appropriate solutions and support.

Thank you so much, Mam, for having this session. I am still watching it and will leave my comments after each module. I am a person with low vision, and I wanted to share some thoughts about the mental barriers you rightly mentioned. Often, families are not aware of what to do after receiving a diagnosis from hospitals. In my case, a doctor told us that my condition was not curable, so we stopped seeking further medical opinions. I believe that with proper awareness, people can continue to seek help, especially in rural areas where people may not know about available solutions or experts who can guide them. Education is key to overcoming these barriers. If organizations like Enable India had a presence in major locations across the country, they could consult with families on the best ways to proceed. My parents were not aware of Enable India; it was me who discovered it. This lack of education and awareness needs to change so that families can reach out to the right people and get the guidance they need.

Why epilepsy doesn't considered as a disability ? Hope you might know epilepsy is directly connected to brain but nobody can view it except doctor and employee who works in EEG department. Can't we lead a good life like others yes we can live but we need opportunities. The more rejection can also doesn't make us live.
