This truly honors The Sixth House and The Tribe Unmourned. What a grand and intoxicating reading.

Your audio choices are excellent, I don't know about that logo of yours, I'm assuming or rather hoping you are young and my compliments. Can't imagine a mature person would consider the addition of that mask, unless maybe for comic relief

I love how this 'ends' with you picturing what will happen to Dan, how this will never end & the cult & Ephraim/Asenath/Ed, etc., will just keep on keeping on, body-to-body ... Forever! Love it! 😨😱👍

I think it is a wonderful idea that you included the means to read along, by adding a link to the text. I am however, disappointed that no one as yet has taken the time to comment and to thank you for making this story available. :)

Oddly fitting for the aesthetics of the sixth house too.

Was expecting some "let go of the treasure and the escape will open" twist, got "ironic, he thought himself better prepared, but succumbed to the same fate". Not disappointed.

What this video tells me is that Jeff Baker ought to do audio books. I can only imagine what haunting qualities age has given his voice that a modern performance by the man himself in this caste of voice would bring out.

I don't care about dates and age, I trust John over all others. We are closest to those that we understand and that understand us, so why shouldn't I put the most trust in the gospel that comes straight from the man resting on Christ's chest? That was given the task of care over Christ's own Mother? He was a master of storytelling too. I always felt that he structured the plot better than some of the synoptics. The birth of Christ is great and we have that in the synoptics, we don't need it in John so he rightly cuts it out. Bold but great move in the name of concisity. Act 3 definitely feels more like an Act 3 should too. The way you can feel the gravity of the coming "glorification" get heavier and heavier throughout the story until Christ's hour comes is so awesome from a story perspective. The fall and restoration of Peter is also best told in this gospel in my opinion. The women finding the tomb emptied and told that Jesus is on his way to Galilee is one of the greatest releases of tension I've felt in a story. The image of everyone racing to Galilee for miles in anticipation of their messiah and friend warms my heart.
