Mandy Meyer is awesome! Just watch the Hellraiser video. Or anything else he does. I’m 62 and have been a Krokus fan since I first heard them in 1980. He was a great addition to the band. Right???

Well, the rock guitar solos seems to be sets of prelearned riffs connected in semi-incidental order. If you want to be a rock star excercise some pentatonics to be fast and precise enough, know the key track is played (do not drink to much!), feel the rhytm and voila! - almost every sound you make will apear to public like virtuoso improvisation. It could be merely set of tricks which occasionaly touches something under the surface of sound. Distortion and some reverberation on your amp will be your friend, it will cover most of your faults, so you do not need to be talented. But do not forget - hair, stylish clothes, chains, skulls, rings - they are obligatory.

Few hard rock bands who are in their 60's can still deliver the goods as in their prime....Krokus definatley sets the bar....there whole set at this venue sounded f..ckin great....hard act to follow especially if you consider how long they have been around.
