Even though the audio cuts out from time-to-time, I still like these homemade videos because they are more raw in that you can hear all of the intricacies of the music. Whereas in the official production versions the audio is always so filtered and altered.

Gosh this makes me so nostalgic. This was my first year marching with Flushing but this happened to be my favorite show in our flight. I just randomly thought of this tonight. So glad it's on YT!

didnt they win in 1979 or 80? I was in durands band and we won state in class B 79, 80+82. I used to wear a raider shirt under my uniform, I was in awe of flushing. they were the best back then!! I remember the MBA finals in tennesee in 81 , I think yall took 3rd or 5th that year. Its all different now. we had 183 in the band in 82, was really awesome. Im in Mississippi and was great to find this on you tube
