For a signed rei, I would pay 250 or 300, that's if I like the quote and the colors, including if the pop is minty, if it is damage I wouldn't pay more then 150

The pops it's self is around 40 to 65 right now, and the signing is 60+25 for qoutes. I would say 300 would be good, including the time the person spent getting it signed and also including how rare the pop is to get minty.
