I have owned eu de magnolia and now I will buy some for my mum too My newest FM is also by Carlos benheim and it’s music for a while and I LOVE LOVE LOVE it! It’s an expensive aromatherapy blend type of a fragrance It’s sooooo good I’ve never owned a perfume like this before it’s amazing so fresh so fruity so clean and soothing 🤩

@@katmac8365 ooh I never tried Music For a while. Now I have to get a sample. Musc Ravageour is my absolute favorite of FM, but I also love Portrait of a lady and Carnal Flower. En Passant is also a very beautiful lilac perfume, I have Une Rose which is just amazing, Iris Poudre is a beautiful Iris, Rose & Cuir is a beautiful leather perfume and Dries Van Noten I just bought recently. Oh it’s a beautiful sandalwood and vanilla with spices and woods. Very unique, I just had to have it. I need to try out more Frederic Malle, I haven’t tried all the Malle perfumes, I don’t like most Ouds, the stinky fecal ones I hate so I didn’t even try samples of the Ouds in Malle’s collection. And there is no way I will pay $1200 for ANY perfume. I fell in love with Xerjoff Richwood and that was $650 and thats the most expensive I will ever go. I have a big love for Mysore sandalwood but it’s so rare and expensive these days. Perfumers have depleted all the Mysore trees in India. They are now almost extinct. A few very small Indie perfumers still use Mysore but it’s very expensive and they use maybe a drop . What a shame. I always look to buy Vintage Guerlain or Chanel where they used real Mysore and much better ingredients that now days where every perfume is made up of mostly aroma chemicals. Ppl have no idea how high a perfume is marked up. Most cost $20-$50 to make and they charge up to $500 for these perfumes. It’s such a despicable greedy shame.
