Thank you my friend. Yes, I surrendered to allowing myself to fully feel what I felt and I went into nature and I attuned to the frequency of nature. Now I know that I can do Chakra's in Motion inside and that it will still help my body but doing it in nature just kicks it up a notch and really gets me feeling good. I would love to come visit you in Oregon and to do a CIM at one of those beautiful waterfalls that I see you visiting. The washing away of the waterfall would just feel so amazing! I will envision it until it happens!

YES, that is what I was feeling from the insects for sure. Nature really does something amazing to my nervous system. If I get myself into a place mentally where I just feel so beaten down by life, I know that I can return to nature and I will once again feel connected to all that is and that can start adjusting my vibration. I start aligning with the frequency of nature.
