Thank you so much!! I was off birth control a year and a half before I got pregnant. I originally got off birth control bc it made me feel horrible and I wanted to heal my body naturally from the effects of birth control. It never helped my Pcos only masked the symptoms. Strength training and a balanced diet helped me SO much!! ♥️
