Why play illegal move against a child? He shoul've paid more respect beeing 50 years older. Also Im not sure if he wanted to trick him into draw by shaking hands. The illegal move could've given extra minute, so the game technically was active. If the kid would've shaken his hand, it would be draw.

Stop putting NM as a title next to players. NM is not a recognized FIDE title in chess. Its just a fantasy title used by Americans. NMs are weak players too. Should even have the title "master"
