There wasn’t an overhead camera setup for his demo?

Baohong has been the only paper I’ve used only because I learnt watercolor in China and it was the best thing available locally. Happy to see it embraced globally by more artists

I like when an organizator gives the budged time to launch the image of the painter, sharing a total attention in ONE DEMO, [not simultaneous with others].. Like this, all the attention is focused to the painter and his or her art. Like this, the audience can see on calm and specific brushstrokes... Bravo for this manner to do DEMOS. *When someone is interested to the people, finds time to put in the budged to plan very well how long each DEMOS will be..

I LOVE watching you paint!!! Thanks for making a demo 🫶🏻 I really found your grisaille process fascinating, I’m SO tempted to purchase the paynes grey violet 😹 I’m gonna try and show some restraint, I have DS shadow violet and moonglow already, so I’m gonna try that today… also shout out to pbr25!!! I LOVE that color, I use it for portraits and mixing the prettiest greens. Will be trying out that turquoise , it is to die for 🙀 You are making me want to give the watercolor ground another try. I didn’t like it when I tried it before because the watercolor tends to bleed on it but watching how you just roll with those imperfections and make it beautiful anyway makes me wanna give it another try. I do appreciate the liftability. Thanks again Ali. U rock!!!
