How is modern vanguard? I quit at the start of the modern D format, I did not think it would survive the second reboot

I have one question about the ability of Gancelot zenith, it says look at the top card, and search for one GP from them. Why does it state from them when there's only one card to pick. But then the ability says put the rest card to the bottom of the deck? What will I put to the bottom if I just call the top card, there's nothing to put to bottom. So can I keep looking for the top cards till I get my desirable card, and then send the rest unwanted cards to the bottom?

this set was super hype

I loved seeing an old school tachikaze deck. I have been playing ONLY tachikaze since their debut, why? I love the art on Sonic Noa and Tyrant Deathrex (First Tachikaze cards I saw). When my friends said "what clan do you want to play" i said "what clan was that grey dinosaur in?" they said "aah Tachikaze" Been a tachikaze main since then XD Tachikaze didn't have great cards back then, to me, mostly because they were't "main character cards" so much attention wasn't paid to them like Royal Paladin or Kagero. Some good things to point out about them were: 1) Savage Warrior and Savage Destroyer's effects activated the more cards were retired. So you could play Hunter and Warrior then Skyptero then retire two and superior ride Chaos Dragon Dinochaos, that made an 18K column (#MathsExpert). 2) Vacuum Mammoth got a reason to live with Savage King (I have to assume that was planned anyway) so you could build a Savage deck with Warrior, Destroyer and King. I called it "Flintstones" XD That's still a fun-with-friends deck (recommend Raging Dragon Sparksaurus otherwise very counter blasty with Skpytero and Dragon Egg) that way keeps effects going XD. want a combo? with no used counter blasts, you can use kings effect 5 times minimum making a 24K vanguard without boost (to help with soul Vacuum Mammoth, also please don't block me but Ironclad Dragon Shieldon as a starter) just helps if its "for fun" 3) Assault Dragon Blightops WAS and IS useless, don't like saying that about tachikaze's but if you wanted to use it you would need 2-3 shieldon in your deck. makes at least 20 grade 0's. tried it, dont recommend it, unless you want to be relentlessly guarding every turn XD sometimes got a good game with it XD 5% chance of winning XD thanks for reading ;)
