Ahh thank you so much T-T don't worry i'm still struggling with a style as well, i'm pretty much experimenting right now and switching mediums once in a while. Now i think i might like the graphic part more, like graphite charcoal and inks, rather than painting. It's a tough journey... :,)

Thank you so much! I try to make my brush strokes as loose as i can, though i do have a long way ahead of me till i reach my goal haha. It indeed is a very satisfying technique! ^^

That sounds greatt, i personally want to paint some flowers from life, so that's on my to do list :)) I hope you're enjoying the first experience with oils, mine was a bit of a rocky start until i figured out what mediums and solvents i liked (the solvent specifically because of the smell).

Just linseed oil, a random brand. Now i’ve recently started using the solvent free medium from gamblin which i quite enjoy, but i don’t necessarily see any difference between the two. I wanted something that dried faster without it being toxic, unfortunately this one doesn’t actually dry faster :,) and i think linseed will always win in the toxic free battle haha
